At last a total of 15 articles were included in the study based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. LDR from X-rays and gamma rays was utilized for irradiation in these articles. The results revealed that low-dose ionizing radiation can have detrimental effects, including mitochondrial dysfunction, increased oxidative stress, dilation of the central hepatic vein, increased expression of hepatic proteins involved in metabolism, liver inflammation, necrosis, and cancer in the liver. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
